About this site
jadeflows.com is JadeFlows' storefront on the internet. It exists to show what we do — websites, SEO, and analytics for local businesses — and to start a conversation. By using it, you agree to use it for that purpose.
Browsing this site, reading the pricing, or booking a consult doesn't create a contract or a working relationship between us. The real agreement comes later, in writing (see the next two sections).
When we actually work together
Any real engagement runs under a separately-signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and a Statement of Work that spells out scope, timeline, and price. Until that's signed, nothing here obligates either of us.
We also reserve the right to decline an engagement — for fit, capacity, or any reason that means we wouldn't do good work. If we're not the right team for the job, we'll say so plainly.
Pricing & scope, plainly
Any prices, plans, or packages shown on this website are informational — a starting point, not a quote. What you actually pay depends on the work in front of us: the size of the site, the state of your current visibility, and what you want to achieve.
We'll always put the real number in writing before any work begins, in the Statement of Work. Prices and packages shown here can change at any time.
Intellectual property
This is the part we're precise about. JadeFlows builds on a proprietary platform, and we keep it that way.
- We own the Platform. — the source code, design system, components, build pipeline, CSS framework, data schemas, documentation, and the visual and UX patterns behind everything we ship are the property of JadeFlows. This site and its design are part of that.
- You own your content. — when we work together, the material you provide — your logo, photos, copy, and brand colors — stays yours. On termination, your content exports with you. The Platform itself does not transfer, sell, or sublicense to you.
- No copying or cloning. — you may not copy, scrape, mirror, reverse-engineer, or rebuild the Platform (or any site we deliver) from inspection, in whole or in part, without a separate written agreement.
- No sublicensing or white-labeling of the Platform without a separate written agreement.
- "JadeFlows" and the JadeFlows logo are trademarks. Nothing here grants you a license to use them.
All rights reserved. Unauthorized use of the Platform is copyright and trade-secret infringement and may result in legal action. Licensing questions are welcome at hello@jadeflows.com.
Acceptable use
Use this site like a reasonable human. In particular, please don't:
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the site or its assets.
- Mirror or republish it on other infrastructure.
- Probe, attack, or try to break its security.
- Use it to mislead, impersonate JadeFlows, or infringe a trademark.
AI & training
The content on this site is not licensed for AI model training. Citation and answer engines that fetch a page on demand and link back to us are welcome — that's how people find good local agencies now. Bulk training-corpus harvesters are blocked at the robots level and are not permitted to ingest this site.
Third-party services
When you book a consult, you're handed off to Cal.com, our scheduling provider, and the site links out to our social profiles. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which govern what happens once you're on them. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.

Disclaimers & liability
This site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate, but information here — pricing, availability, examples — can change without notice, and we don't warrant that it's complete or error-free.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us to use it — which, since the site is free, is nothing. Engagement work is governed by its own MSA, not by these site terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, where JadeFlows is based, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Updates to these terms
We update these terms when something material changes. The date stamp at the top of the page is the source of truth. Continued use of the site after a change means you're fine with the new version.
